Ask this Question: “Is the washer violently vibrating and appears to be walking?”
If so, it is possible that the shipping bolts are still in the back of the washer.

| Shipping bolts, or transport bolts, are to secure the drum during transport and to prevent it from spinning. | 1. Locate the four transport/ shipping bolts on rear of washer. | 2. Loosen the bolts with ⅝” wrench. Slide each bolt to the center and then pull them from back of unit. |
