Front-Load Washer Vibrating/Walking: Shipping Bolts |
Ask this Question: “Is the washer violently vibrating and appears to be walking?”
If so, it is possible that the shipping bolts are still in the back of the washer.
Shipping bolts, or transport bolts, are to secure the drum during transport and to prevent it from spinning. | 1. Locate the four transport/ shipping bolts on rear of washer. | 2. Loosen the bolts with ⅝” wrench. Slide each bolt to the center and then pull them from back of unit. |
